I know, I’m on a smoothie kick! You can blame Joe for that! This is a juice that is so simple, and so refreshing.
You could also add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds if you’d like!
- 1 to 2 cups kale leaves, chopped up to fit in your juicer or nutri bullet
- 1 apple cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
Place all ingredients in Vitamix or nutri bullet, cover with water and whirl for about 30 seconds to one minute. Drink immediately.
